Another week, another menu to plan. Planning your meals can be a total pain when you are first starting but once you do it on a few times, it becomes easier and it gets done faster. It helps if you save recipes you come across throughout the week in a Microsoft Word document, Google Drive document, Pinterest Board or whatever else floats your boat. On your designated “planning day” just go back to that document and Voila! Most of the hard work is already done. Also, this little menu is not set is stone. It is OKAY to not follow it 100% – trust me, if I can break the rules so can you. With that said, here is the plan for next week.
